Dr. Edvárd Ékes an attorney-at-law licensed by the Bar Association of Budapest. He received his degree at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University of Science. He received his degree of Banking and Stock Exchange Law in 1998 at the Faculty of Law of ELTE, his second diploma at the Ferenc Deák Institute of Péter Pázmány Catholic University and was qualified as an Art Manager at the Hungarian University of Art in 1996. He had been working for the Law Office of Kittka from 1996 as an intern and then from 1999 to 2004 as a trainee lawyer.

 

Since the establishment of his own law office, he has been representing numerous companies before the company registry and before civil courts, has taken part in the preparation of real estate projects and in the settlement of legal problems in the construction period. He represents his clients before civil and criminal courts, he conducts audits for international investment companies and gives legal expert opinions.

 

Since the beginning of his studies, he has been trying to get the knowledge and experience for the establishment and running of a dynamic and business focused law office. Parallel to the his ongoing legal studies he spends time on the improvement of business thinking, business psychology and the Law of the EU.
