Since the foundation of the Law Office in 2003 we have been providing representation for a number of business associations in the Company registry and the Civil Court. Our clients are inter alia several multinational companies, commercial banks, a foreign credit institute, the Hungarian chief agency of one of the biggest car producer in Europe, a debt managing company, many companies acting on the field of real estate investment and sale, a travel organizer company and many software-developers.

 

In addition, we have participated in the preparation of real estate investment projects and in managing legal problems arising in the phase of implementation (liability, legal disputes in connection with warranty or liability). We provide representation in civil and criminal proceedings, and carry out legal auditing activity and prepare expert opinions for international investment companies. Our Law Office has comprehensive experience in the field of debt collection.

 

In the past few years we have continually expanded our knowledge, we attended many legal conferences and presentations in connection with the law of the European Union. We are permanently following the changes of the legal provisions and the judicial practice through a “monitoring system”, prepared according to the special field of activities of our clients and we are performing a problem solving legal work.

 

We are striving on a continuous basis to acquire the knowledge and experience required for a law office, which is characterized by a dynamic and businesslike attitude. In addition to the legal work we do, we spend a lot of time on learning the businesslike way of thinking, business psychology and the droit acquis of the European Union. During the past years we have learned many negotiation techniques by participating in several creative trainings and conferences on this topic and, we have acquired extensive knowledge of protocol, which areas indispensable criteria for negotiations with international partners.

 

Depending on the number of the assignments and the complexity of the legal issues we employ two trainee lawyers, on  contractual basis and we are cooperating with three Law Offices and a consulting firm for public procurement as well.
