Our company performs its activity in accountancy and tax consulting within the business support services. Our clients represent a wide spectrum of business life, including Hungarian-owned family businesses, foreign enterprises or joint ventures, and Hungarian subsidiaries of foreign companies. We carry out bookkeeping and provide tax consulting services also for organisations operating in the non-profit sector.

The predecessor of our Company was formed in February 1990. Since then, it has been restructured a number of times and has operated in the present form since 16 January 2001. It is owned by private persons, who are all also involved personally in the company’s business activity.

Our Company offers complex services to its clients. In our work we place the greatest emphasis on reliability and high quality. When providing accounting and tax consulting services, we keep liaison with and file returns to various authorities, provide information about changes in legislation and, if necessary, prepare reports for owners in addition to the daily bookkeeping and payroll calculation tasks.

In the course of audit, as appointed auditor, we offer a consultation opportunity for the owners, the management and the employees involved in accounting. As appointed auditor, we conduct the audit of restructuring as well as other cases.

We have a well-qualified staff of experts, including four persons who have qualification as certified accountants, two persons as certified tax consultants and further two people as certified auditors. Our managing director has been a member of the Hungarian Association of Tax Consultants since 1990, in whose leadership he has been acting as vice president since 1995. We maintain communication with our foreign clients in German and English. We find it important to note that our Company has comprehensive liability insurance.
